1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Nationwide orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days. International delivery times may vary due to customs and courier processing.
2. What are the shipping charges?
We offer flat nationwide shipping charges of Rs. 200/-. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
3. Do you offer cash refunds?
No. ESPIRIT follows a strict No Refund policy. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where the received product does not match the original order and a replacement is unavailable.
4. Can I exchange my order?
Yes. Products can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase provided they are unused, unwashed, and have original tags and receipt intact.
5. Who pays for exchange shipping?
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when sending items back for exchange. ESPIRIT will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer (local orders only).
6. How do I request an exchange?
You can fill out the exchange form included with your order or contact us at customercare@espirit.com or via WhatsApp for assistance.
7. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be processed within 15 working days.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible and the return/exchange policy will apply.
9. Do you offer international returns or exchanges?
Currently, no returns or exchanges are offered on international orders.
