Return & Exchange Policy
All products purchased from www.eastpret.com can be exchanged within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 days) only if:

You notify us within 2 days of delivery by writing to customercare@eastpret.com or by calling/WhatsApp at +92-326-8330874.
In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you must send the defective product back to EAST PRET within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt, ESPIRIT shall issue a replacement for the product mentioned on the invoice.
You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item to eastpretcustomercare1@gmail.com or contact us via call/WhatsApp at +92-326-8330874 within 15 days of purchase before any claim can be processed.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns or exchanges. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Any item missing from the package, including price tags or labels

Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame

Product damaged due to use

Product has been tampered with
EAST PRET does not offer a “cash refund” or “money-back guarantee” on purchased items.
A refund may only be issued if:

The item does not match the original product specifications or is not the same as purchased, and a replacement is unavailable

The transaction fails security verification and EAST PRET is unable to process the order
Refunds will not be issued if:

The shipment is delayed due to weather conditions, logistical issues, or political situations, and the customer no longer wishes to receive the product
EAST PRET reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as items being out of stock or credit/debit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
Note:
Return and exchange policies do not apply to sale items.
